General Terms and Conditions for Boat Rental

  1. Booking and Confirmation
    • The booking will be considered confirmed once the corresponding payment has been made, in accordance with the terms agreed between the client and the company.
  2. Cancellation Policy
    Our cancellation policy applies as follows:

    • Cancellations made more than 15 days in advance: The full amount of the booking will be refunded.
    • Cancellations made between 7 and 15 days prior to departure: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
    • Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance: No refund will be provided.
  3. Date Changes at the Client’s Request
    • Changes requested more than 7 days in advance: These can be made at no additional cost, subject to availability.
    • Changes requested less than 7 days in advance: A management fee of €30 will apply, and the change will be subject to availability.
  4. Cancellation or Modification Due to Weather Conditions
    • The safety of our clients is our top priority. If weather conditions are unsuitable for safe navigation, the company reserves the right to:
      • Cancel the booking and offer an alternative date at no additional cost.
      • If no alternative date can be agreed upon, the full amount of the booking will be refunded.
  5. Client Obligations
    • The client must arrive at the agreed time for departure. Any delays or failure to show up may result in the loss of the right to use the boat without any refund.
    • The client must comply with the usage and safety rules established by the company and its staff.
  6. Liability
    • The company is not responsible for the client’s personal belongings during the activity or for any damages resulting from failure to follow navigation and safety rules.
  7. Final Provisions
    • These terms and conditions may be modified by the company at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to the client prior to signing a contract.

We offer rentals for 4 hours, half a day and 8 hours (1 day). For weekends or weeks, contact us to find the best option for you.

We recommend bringing sunscreen, comfortable clothing, a towel, sunglasses, and food/drinks if not included in the service.

If conditions are unsafe, we will reschedule your booking or offer a refund according to our policy.
